Payment Terms You will receive confirmation of your booking by email, which you should present on arrival. To confirm your reservation we will require a deposit payment of 30%. It is possible to pay with money transfer . On arrival, a damage deposit is required as follows: €150,00 for the large and € 100,00 for the small apartments. The final balance (70%) has to be payed on arrival in cash. Credit cards are accepted. Cancellation or amendments to your booking will be subject to the following charges: 0% of the deposit if you inform us within 90 days of arrival. 100% of the deposit if you inform us from 90 to 0 days of arrival. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Contract The contract is made directly between Mrs Claudia Reggianniniand the guest, at the prices shown on the website www.coliberto.it. 2) Booking The booking is made by email on the website www.coliberto.it. 3) Deposit payment; Balance To confirm your booking a deposit of 30% is required, payable by money transfer or credit card. Once received, we will send a confirmation email. This must be shown on arrival. The balance will be paid on arrival with the damage deposit. Extra services, such as cleaning, heating etc, are payable on departure. 4) Minimum stay , prices The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. The prices are per apartment per week and vary according to the season. 5) Arrival and departure times Arrival should be on Saturday, between 4:30 and 7:30 p. m, and the departure should be on Saturday, between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. We must be informed of any changes at least 3 days before arrival. 6) Documentation on arrival On arrival the guest must present the email with the booking confirmation, together with a valid document( e.g. passport or identity card) to complete the registration as prescribed by law. 7) Payment of damage deposit. On receipt of your apartment key a refundable damage deposit of € 300 for the larger and € 150 for the smaller apartments will be paid. If our staff find any kind of damage to the apartment and its furnishings, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the damage deposit. The damage deposit can also be used to pay for the services which are not included in the price of the apartment, e.g. extra cleaning or heating. 8) Number of registered people – Substitution of a Guest - Pets Only the registered people can occupy the apartments. The number of people (adults and children) who occupy an apartment cannot exceed the number of beds per apartment, as indicated on the website, except by special agreement between the customer and the management. Pets are allowed only if pre booked. 9) Cleaning The apartments will be clean and tidy on arrival. The cleaning of the kitchen and the removing of the rubbish bags has to be done by the guests before leaving, on the day of departure, as this is not included in the price. Where this has not been done, money will be deducted from the damage deposit. The inventory, presented on arrival will be checked on your departure. Any anomalies will be charged at the fixed price. 10) Maintenance of the outside area It must be possible for Mrs Claudia Reggiannini or her representative to enter the external areas in case of necessary maintenance work. 11) Change or Cancellation of a Reservation Cancellation or modifying a reservation will be charged as follows: 0% of the deposit if you inform us 90 days before arrival. 100% of the deposit if you inform us from 90 to 0 days before arrival. 12) Responsibility Every apartment has been carefully checked by our staff . The description on the web site of the estate and its accommodation is considered to be precise and correct. In case of any problems the customer will do his best to cooperate in our effort to solve the issue. Our staff should be informed immediately of any problems or concerns. Should the customer wish to leave his accommodation early he will not be entitled to a refund, unless laid down by law. The customer has the right to ask for a refund only before leaving the apartment. If for any reason, beyond her control, Mrs Claudia Reggiannini should be forced to cancel the reservation of an apartment, she shall inform the costumer and, if possible, provide an alternative of equal value and quality. Where this is not possible the two parties are authorised to cancel the contract. Mrs Claudia Reggiannini will only refund to the customer the price paid for the rent. Any other kind of refund is excluded. 13) Court and jurisdiction Any dispute concerning this booking will be referred to the legal courts in Grosseto. The applied law is the Italian law. The booking implies the customers knowledge and acceptance, without reservation or exception, of Mrs Reggiannini’s contract including terms and conditions, as shown on the website www.coliberto.it . If any of the terms and conditions of this contract become invalid, the remaining parts of the contract cannot be challenged. |
